Guarantee period

You have up to 60 (sixty) calendar days after payment confirmation to request a full refund of your purchase, no explanation required.

Email support@wellnessuptoday.com with the subject line "Refund – Order #XXXX".
Include your full name, the email used at checkout, and your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 business days after the request is approved.

Pix	Up to 30 business days after approval
Bank slip (boleto)	Up to 30 business days, via bank transfer

Requests made after the 60-day window will not be accepted.
Accidental purchases (e.g., duplicate charges) should follow the same process and timeline described above.
